Keeping an eye on your house while you're away
An island home often stands empty for much of the year. A storm, a leaking roof or a boat that has broken loose can quickly become expensive if nobody spots it in time. We have the boat, we know the archipelago and we can head out whenever we're needed. We'll call to let you know how things look, and we can sort out small things while we're there.

Regular house checks
We come out at regular intervals, or whenever you like. We check the doors, windows and roof, and make sure nobody has been there who shouldn't have.
Reports straight to you
After every visit we call to tell you how things look. If you'd like to see for yourself, we'll send photos of anything you're wondering about.
Checks after a storm
After rough weather we go out to make sure your boat is still there, the jetty has held up and no trees have come down on the house.
Small jobs
Has a tree blown down, or does something need securing? We can often take care of small jobs there and then.
Winter and spring
Closing up the summer house for winter, or want everything ready for spring? We can help look the house over before the season.
Transport to the island
Need tradespeople, materials or supplies brought out to your property? We take them over by boat from Vaxholm.
Tailored to you and your house
Every property is different. Some owners want a visit every month, others only after storms or before the season starts. We agree together on what we'll check and how often, so you know what you're getting.
